Tess has experience working on initiatives that impact global mental health and advance climate action, and is passionate about community building through food.
Her expertise is around content, convening, and research for clients at global forums from COP26, 27, & 28 to NYC Climate Week and the World Economic Forum. She also previously supported the New York Times International to curate and produce live journalism across 4 continents.
Prior to joining Prospira Global she supported the coordination of COP²: Care of People x Planet (www.cop2.org), a network of mental health systems leaders around 7 regional hubs. COP² recommends policies (starting at COP27) that focus on strengthening our human capacity to endure the impacts of climate change and drive the transformation on which a sustainable planet depends.
